BY PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL STORE POLICIES

 

NOTICE:

Please note that the physical product may have a slight difference in color compared to the online display, as the printing process and the medium may affect the color on the finish product. Rest assured, I will try to keep it as consistent as possible!

Minor scratches might occur during shipment or movement in the package. It is important to keep in mind that every product went through strict quality control and small scratches, minor misallignment on the product and/or the accessories, or minor uneven epoxy surface is impossible to avoid, even from the manufacturer itself.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

All defects sales are FINAL, I won't be accepting refund or exchange for any defective products!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchasing, if not made within said amount of time ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and you will no longer be able to cancel the order. REFUND OR REPLACEMENT POLICY:

If any products received are damaged/incorrect/incomplete, please email a photo of the damaged product and the order form within 5 days after the delivery date to receive a replacement. I will not accept the claim if it is not brought to my attention within the alloted time, or if one or more of the requirement is not fulfilled. Refund is only applicable for order cancellations within 48 hours after the order is made. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Extra shipping fee will be required for certain number of items. This will be communicated thoroughly through email.
